Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the "It's all in the Name" shadow box, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt - see below).
Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.
In the event that your order is received with an error, the fault being that of Out on a Limb Creations, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt, (and returned within 30 days of receipt - be sure to insure your package for loss or damage), the item will be corrected and returned at no additional cost. Orders received for correction/repair after 30 days may be subject to a servicing fee.
In the event that your order needs a correction due to incorrect information given by the customer, or due to damage from shipping, and we are notified within 7 days of receipt, the item may be returned (within 30 days of receipt - be sure to insure your package for loss or damage) for correction/repair at no additional cost. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Orders will not be accepted for correction or repair after those 30 days.
Should you need to cancel an order, please do so within 5 days of ordering. Once an order is started (after the 5 days), there will be a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
